Summer 2003 - It is hard to beat Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur for canine swimmers at the Pacific Ocean (CA). There are no signs for it and you’ll probably have to ask for directions but it is a must for dog owners since most state parks in tis incredibly scenic area ban dogs.
