Easter 1999 - Katie meets the waves of the Atlantic Ocean (DE) for the first time at Cape Henlopen where the ocean meets the Delaware Bay (DE). Legend has it that beneath this sand 1700s pirate Captain Kidd buried chest of purloined treasure.
