Author Biography

Matt and Krissi Danielsson have a passion for the outdoors and have seen
many trails around the world; Matt grew up in Sweden and Krissi was a
"military brat." Matt is an Editor TechTarget, a technology publishing
company, while Krissi works as a freelance writer. Matt is also a cartoonist
with work appearing in several publications.

 

The Research Assistant

J.D., a 5-year old black lab, is always looking for another mountain to
climb. He helped with the research and gave his personal stamp of approval
to each trail in the book. When Matt and Krissi had to leave Siskiyou
county, he stayed with a good friend and continues to enjoy the wilderness
every day.
